Men's bodybuilding is the most recognized category in all of the mr. Olympia competitions. These athletes train with a focus on their upper body, not their legs, and few can demonstrate this better than defending champion raymond edmonds. He continues to be at his best in the build-up to this fight, which makes people think he won't be beaten.
No one was going to make it easy for edmonds to win this fight because everyone who took part was in great shape. However, when the race was over, brandon hendrickson won the first place crown, which he last won in 2018. Former champion raymond edmonds narrowly missed out on second place, while karen holden ended the race in third place.

Harold kelly entered the competition as the defending champion and he left in the same way, winning the wheelchair category for the third time. In second place was anthony hadlaoui, who worked very hard for it. Adelph seram was third, consolidating his position in the top three.

Olympia women's bodybuilding division
Another exciting aspect of the women's bodybuilding competition that is drawing attention this year is its return. The program has been gone since 2014, but it is finally back on the sport's biggest stage. It was expected that the retired former ten-time champion iris kyle would make a comeback to compete in this grand event, but she was ultimately unable to participate in this competition due to illness.
However, the women in the race were equally incredible, with the likes of heller-twino and andrea shaw going head-to-head on the stage. In the end, shaw came out way ahead to win the 2020 olympia women's bodybuilding title, with the day of the competition coinciding with her birthday. Margie martin didn't make it easy, finishing second, while heller-twino ended the competition in third place. Olympia women's bikini category
There were up to 40 athletes competing in the bikini category today. This just goes to show how popular this category is among female athletes and the general public. The most talked about is elisa pecchini, who shocked everyone with her victory in 2019 and is expected to win a second title.
Obviously, it was difficult for so many athletes to stand out as the judges had to struggle to pick the winner out of the many talented athletes. In the end, janet leger made enough improvements to win the competition. Second place went to jennifer dory. The third place position went to aetilia santillas-santos, who had a great tournament.

Olympia women's physique category
The physique program has had some pretty incredible performances over the past few years, and the 2020 olympia proved it. Going into the competition, it was thought that sydney gillen would be able to continue the dominance she has been enjoying. With three wins in a row on this big stage, there seemed to be no stopping her.
This turned out to be true as well, as sydney gillen won the title for the fourth time. That said, it was a close race, with natalia soltero eventually finishing as runner-up. Also looking great was nadia wyatt among the top three.

In this year's event, shannick grant is expected to win the competition as she has done in the past. She had already won the previous two years.
But surprisingly, sarah villegas made a major breakthrough, winning the women's bodybuilding title. Shannick grant came in second place and still looked good. Third place went to coelho, who also did well.

Olympia women's fitness group
The fitness category is always one of the most interesting events in the competition. This category is judged heavily on the girls' aerobic dance moves, not just posing for fixed moves. The big question here is, can returning former champion oksana grishina reclaim her title against defending champion whitney jones? Whitney jones has been looking pretty good lately, too.
However, to the shock of many, it was missy tanut who ended up winning the title. Grishna was initially announced as the winner, but it was later revealed that a scoring error actually gave her second place. In third place this year was former champion whitney jones.
